Acceptance of terms
By accessing NextGeoTools you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may revise these terms at any time; the version published on this page applies from the moment it is posted.
The service
NextGeoTools provides free browser-based geospatial tools, calculators, converters and educational articles. The tools are offered “as is” for general informational and educational purposes. While we work hard to keep every calculation accurate, geospatial math involves models and approximations of the Earth, and results should be verified before being used for navigation, engineering, surveying, legal or safety-critical decisions.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, probe its security, scrape content at abusive rates, misrepresent tool outputs as certified professional work, or use the site in a way that infringes the rights of others. Automated access is permitted for reasonable personal use; bulk harvesting of our original articles and tool content for republication is not permitted.
Intellectual property
All original text, design, code and documentation on NextGeoTools are our property or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright law. You may link to our tools and share individual results, and you may quote short excerpts with attribution. Systematic reproduction of our content requires prior written permission.
Third-party links and advertising
The site may link to external resources or display advertising. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third-party sites, and a link is not an endorsement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextGeoTools and its operators are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or from reliance on tool outputs. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.
